01

Hamburg’s administrative boundaries

Seven districts and 104 neighbourhoods. The source is Hamburg’s official geodata API from the State Office for Geoinformation and Surveying. Retrieved: 7 October 2026. The geometries are simplified for display; Neuwerk is shown in a separate inset.

02

Hamburg Property Market Report

The Property Valuation Committee analyses completed purchase contracts. The 2026 Property Market Report covers the reporting year 2025. The publication year therefore differs from the period of the underlying purchases.

03

Standard land values

BORIS.HH provides standard land values and related characteristics. A standard land value describes a defined reference plot. It replaces neither a review of the individual planning rights nor a valuation of the entire developed property.

04

Calculators and assumptions

The embedded SystemBase affordability calculator uses the information you select. Check the assumptions shown there. General examples are not current financing offers.
