Right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the agreement is concluded. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this agreement, we must reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this agreement. We will make this reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time when you inform us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal from this agreement, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the agreement.

Your right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed our service and only began performing the service after you gave your express consent and, at the same time, acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once we had fully performed the agreement.
