What matters in Curslack
Sell an apartment: preparation for the specific location and property.
Locate the unit within the holding
Mark rooms and entrance on current plans and compare subdivision records. Allocate basement, parking and garden separately. Greenhouses or storage on the site do not automatically belong to the unit. Overview imagery should highlight the actual purchase and distinguish the remainder.
Record converted rooms carefully
Older buildings may incorporate former ancillary areas into current layouts. Check use and area calculations rather than inferring residential area from heating or furniture. Allocate alteration records to rooms. Resolve questions before price discussions or identify them explicitly for review.
Explain shared elements
Roof, exterior walls and supplies can create shared obligations independently of interior condition. Special materials need records identifying affected sections. Read decisions, reserves and regular charges together while distinguishing their meanings. Show works as completed, planned or merely discussed.
Focus viewing on daily use and handover
Show outside routes and storage alongside accommodation. Agree retained fittings and shared routes or equipment. Align handover with occupation. Keep association and use records available so rural appearance does not create assumptions about free land or independent services.
